Web Tiny Wilbur was born the runt of the litter. As piglets go, that usually means certain death, but how can young Fern let that happen to such a precious little piglet? Then, a ripple. Fern's daddy lets Fern have the piglet...but just for a little while. Another ripple. Wilbur is sold to the Zuckermans and a new rule changes everything! Then, another ripple.
