  My Review:  This story is about a dog named Akiak. She has been through seven races, but never won.  This was going to be the final race.   She was sure that her team was going to win.  I would give that a three star. It was a good story.

How many stars would you give the book?  3
    1--Not one of my favorites
    2--Okay, but not great
    3--I liked it!
    4--It was one of my favorites of all times!

My review:  This is a fantastic book.  I liked it.   It is a bluebonnet book. Try to make time to read it.  It was a great book. It's a book about a dog named Akiak. In the middle of race she jams her paw.   Read the book to see what happens in the end.

    My name is David Hunt. This story is about a dog named Akiak who
gets hurt in a race and has to drop out. She comes back to her musher and goes to Nome. I won't tell you who wins the race.
How many stars would you give the book?   3
    1--Not one of my favorites
    2--Okay, but not great
    3--I liked it!
    4--It was one of my favorites of all times!
