Conversation Plus is cool!
For story writing, it's quite a tool!

Write a quote and box it in

With quotation marks,

We'll just begin.

Who said it coming next
Add what they're doing.

Now you're the best!

Who said it
coming next
Add what they're thinking.

Now you're the best!

Example of Conversation Plus in a story:

Molly turned, picking up a small crawling bug from the edge of the log.  Holding  it up for her grandfather to see, she asked, "How about this, Opa?  Will it catch a big fish?"
"No, Molly.  I'm sorry.  That's not an earthworm," the gray haired man replied
as he tugged gently on the fishing  pole in his hand.
     "Really?" gasped Molly
staring at the odd creature in her hand.  "What planet is it from?"
Example of the Same Story without Conversation Plus:

Molly asked, "How about this, Opa?  Will it catch a big fish?"
"No, Molly.  I'm sorry.  That's not an earthworm," said her grandfather.

"Really?" replied Molly.  "What planet is it from?"
